Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday - Sunday: CLOSED



  1. Scheduling in Advance
    You must allow a minimum of three (3) business days before the requested examination date. Weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and holidays do not count as business days. This ensures there is ample time to process your application and forward exam information to the proctors.

    • Important: If you are not scheduling prior to 3 business days, you must call or email the Testing Center directly to reserve a seat at 228-214-5480 or .

  2. Late Applications and Fees
    A $30 late fee will be charged if an application is submitted late and must be paid before your proctoring application will be processed. The late fee is in addition to standard exam rates (see below) and applies to USM students, staff, faculty, SAS exams, and non-USM applicants.

    • USM Student Proctored Exams: $10.00
    • Non-USM Proctored Exams: $20.00

  3. Number of Exams Scheduled
    You may schedule one exam per course at a time. However, if you know future exam dates and times, you may schedule more than one exam in advance.

  4. Identification and Parking
    A valid photo ID is required to take an exam. Acceptable forms include a school ID, driver’s license, or government-issued ID.
