Resource of the Month | Interlibrary Loan

When the materials you need aren’t available through University Libraries, Interlibrary Loan (ILL) can help you get them from another library. This free service is available at our locations in Hattiesburg, Long Beach and Ocean Springs.

ILL lets you borrow books or request copies of articles and book chapters from other libraries when the materials you need are not available through University Libraries. Scanned articles and book chapters often arrive within 24 hours, while print books can arrive within five days. The service is available to Southern Miss students, faculty, staff and affiliated community members.
