“With the belief that love, respect, honesty, and integrity are four of the most important attitudes, the author cleverly teachers these virtues through the lives of Anne and Damon as they meet for the first time at a higher education convention in San Francisco. Years before, Anne and Damon had lost their spouses through tragic circumstances, and realized that suddenly they were faced with enjoying each others’ company during a work-related trip. As the character’s lives take unexpected turns in careers and relationships, the author is able to beautifully illustrate ow love, respect, honesty, and integrity lead to full, happy, and successful lives and how such attitudes can be conveyed to others through one’s words and actions.”
