Cook Library Group Study Rooms

Group study rooms in Cook Library may be reserved by students, faculty, or staff. (Group study rooms in Gulf Coast Library are available on a first come, first served basis.)

Sixteen group study rooms are available on floors one through four of Cook Library. Room sizes and equipment vary. For more information or to make a reservation, go to the group study rooms page.

The following rooms may be reserved by faculty or staff.

Cook Library Art Gallery

Art Gallery space available for use for receptions and small meetings and luncheons. Seats approximately 48 people in theater and dining set-up.

Cook Library Room 110

Classroom with 26 computers, instructor PC, and ceiling-mounted LCD projector. Also, conference table seating 14 persons.

Cook Library Room 123

Conference room seating approximately 60 persons with Internet access and LCD projector.

Cook Library Room 207

Classroom with 20 computers, instructor PC, and LCD projector.

  • Cook Library Room 207 (LIB 207) may be reserved through the Astra room scheduling system maintained by the Office of the Registrar. To inquire about room availability, please visit the Registrar's Office in Kennard-Washington Hall room 110 (KWH 110) or phone 601.266.5006.

Cook Library Research Carrels

Eighty research carrels are available for rent inside Cook Library. Additional information is provided on the carrel request form.

Gulf Coast Library Room 203

Conference room seating 15 persons with Internet access and LCD projector.
