Join graduate students and reference librarian Tracy Englert for a workshop on research strategies. This workshop is appropriate for graduate students in all disciplines at any stage of the research process.

The workshop will take place in the Cook Library instruction classroom (LIB 110) on Thursday, July 10, 2014, 9-11 a.m.

The two-part session begins with a presentation on key research strategies, followed by demonstrations of research resources identified as useful to workshop participants, an overview of the interlibrary loan service and an introduction to the RefWorks bibliographic management tool.

Part two is a hands-on workshop in which students can develop research strategies and explore research tools in their disciplines. During the hands-on portion, the reference librarian will respond to individual questions related to the students’ specific research projects.

Registration is not required. For more information, contact Tracy Englert at or 601.266.6396.
