Join us Thursday, September 18, 2014, for the de Grummond Book Group. Each month we meet to discuss influential works of children's and young adult literature. At the September meeting, we will discuss The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-time Indian by Sherman Alexie.  September is banned book month, and Alexie’s book has been banned in parts of the country.

The de Grummond Book Group meets on the third Thursday of each month at 11:30 a.m. in the de Grummond Exhibit Room on the second floor of Cook Library (between the Library Administration office and the School of Library and Information Science). Adults interested in reading and discussing children’s literature are welcome.
